Now, I found the difference between FF36 and FF37 by observing the packets between FF and my device. When using FF36, FF will send "binding request" to my device, and also response "binding success", too. However, FF37 never sends "binding request" to my device, only response "binding success" to my device. The key point is "why FF37 does not send binding request to my device?"
