a PeerConnection is created with no ICE servers, Firefox will use
stun.services.mozilla.com as a fallback. In the early days, this was
intended to assist in the development of demos, but it seems that this
is no longer necessary. stun.services.mozilla.com will continue to be
around, so if you are using it explicitly this will continue to work;
you only need to take action if you have a Firefox-only demo that relied
on this default being there.
