A single recorder for each track should not be necessary. It sounds like you found a bug. Can you file a bug here <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Core&component=Audio%2FVideo%3A%20Recording> and provide a test case and/or upload samples?
