Is the stalling our MSE bug or their player bug? Aside from out MSE
throwing an error, their code assumes that from within the error
handler, the .error property of the video element is non-null, which
their diagnostics suggests is not always the case in Firefox.
btw, the stall was our MSE bug and has been fixed in Firefox 43+ by bug
1220033:
