see two potential solutions:
1. Set the label field on the media stream track to the MediaDeviceInfo's label
2. Implement MediaStreamTrack.getSettings(), which would include a deviceId
that maps directly to a MediaDeviceInfo deviceId
Second is probably a better solution. First is probably faster.
We're aiming to get to these this cycle.
