For UDP there is non. We ask the OS for 0 and take what ever we get back. For TCP we limit the ports to >= 49152. We have an open bug which asks for an option to limit the port range https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1100121 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1100121>
