Hi, I noticed that either mxr behaves erratically, or there is a single incorrect entry for HG blame.
Case in point: >From mxr's comm-central page https://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/ I searched for an ID: nsresultForErrno and obtained a few lines of listing. There is only one definition. https://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mozilla/xpcom/io/nsLocalFile.h#53 So I moved to the page. When I searched for "Hg blame" in this URL, I did not see anything for the particular line. So I go up to the top of the page, and I saw the following. --- begin quote --- author Carsten "Tomcat" Book <[email protected]> Mon Oct 28 11:34:11 2013 +0100 (at Mon Oct 28 11:34:11 2013 +0100) changeset 152462 085c6286911f parent 63458 1feb4a7c7ca6 permissions -rw-r--r-- --- end quote --- Thinking that somehow this 085c6286911f has changed nsLocalFile.h, I clicked on 085c6286911f, which is a link to URL: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/085c6286911f But somehow this patch does not seem to touch nsLocalFile.h at all (!?) Usually, such a patch in the top of page affects the file listed there somehow. I wonder why this is not the case of this particular case? Maybe 085c6286911f was listed by mistake??? TIA PS: I said mxr behave may erratically today since earlier I thought bugzilla was very strange in that it failed to offer recommendation for reviewer (while it used to ?). Maybe the recommendation appears only for modules, etc. where there are some pre-assigned reviewer? But anyway, I thought it was rather strange that somehow the completion after I type in some string did not appear for a while earlier today (JST). _______________________________________________ dev-platform mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-platform
