Bug 1095541, currently on inbound, moves various things around so that nsRefPtr.h no longer depends on nsCOMPtr.h. Surprisingly enough, no tree-wide changes were required to break this dependency, but it's possible that code that doesn't reside in mozilla-central may depend on this happenstance of history.
