I think that you should avoid making this an exercise in marketing Mozilla's "Let's Encrypt" initiative. "Let's Encrypt" is a great idea and definitely has a place in the world, but it's very important to be impartial. In my mind there is no particular advantage in swapping lock in from one CA to another.
