:-moz-full-screen has been standardized as :fullscreen in Fullscreen API Standard [1], and that spec also introduces a new pseudo-element ::backdrop which has been implemented in Blink and Trident, and has a bug on our Bugzilla [2]. You may want to mention them in the Selectors 4 spec.
