I haven't heard about that myself. So I'm curious if that is a regression by a change in Releng automation? I would suggest you simply file a bug in RelEng:General Automation in Bugzilla. So if we do not publish tinderbox builds to archive.mozilla.org anymore - and if that is intended - we indeed would need another way to download this builds. And that most likely by adding support for Taskcluster. Please also note that nothing of my projects including Mozmill-CI is using Tinderbox builds. So if something is broken in the future please file issues for those tools / packages which are not working as expected.
