As of Firefox 98, I intend to turn the CSS-Text property
`hyphenate-character` on by default.
This has been developed behind the
layout.css.hyphenate-character.enabled preference.
This property is implemented as a -webkit-prefixed property in both
Webkit and Blink.
The CSS Working Group recently resolved that the spec for this property
is stable enough to ship unprefixed:
https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/6887#issuecomment-1016667299.
Bug to turn on by default:

This feature was previously discussed in this "Intent to prototype"
