Last Thursday's new release of Phabricator contains a sweet improvement for our Mozilla Phabricator Emails <https://moz-conduit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/phabricator-user.html#mozilla-phabricator-emails>: now, if a revision is updated on Phabricator *due to parent changes*, we no longer send an email notification for it.
This means that running "moz-phab" on a stack of changes after doing a minor rebase/histedit/amendment will no longer deluge subscribers with an email for every revision. Instead, only the revisions with new changes - such as due to merge conflicts, or simply because the code was tweaked - will have email notifications.
