What I'm wondering is whether anyone uses the following fields from
legacy Telemetry crash pings:
FontName
QuotaManagerShutdownTImeout
QuotaManagerShutdownTImeout is used here:

It helps with investigating shutdown hangs.
If not, we will remove them for now (but we can always add them back
