Hi,
In bug 1689705 I plan to remove support for the marquee "finish",
"bounce" and "start" events.
These events were never implemented in WebKit / Blink, and usage
according to use counters seems pretty low (note that the "finish" use
counter isn't accurate because other event targets also have that event
name...).
I plan to fix long-standing <marquee> compatibility issues in bug
306344, and this is the one remaining interop issue I'm aware of.
