If you are a developer and run web-platform-tests (wpt) locally or want
them for your Try push, rebase your patches on top of the latest
mozilla-central commit <169a59fe35f8b31a236c9bf717a5887b51ea6757> or the
latest for the release branch you are working on. This will update the
in-tree certificates used by tests and prevent test bustage.
