The subjects's name is not the domain name, it is the legal entity's name.
Point one means: The subject's name in the certificate must match the name of
the domain owner. (checked f.e. via www.denic.de, with www.iana.com)
Point two means: The subject's name must match the name of the requester.
Point three mwans: The existence of the subject's name is evident from an
excerpt from the commercial register.
