In the recent CA Communication action #3 requested that CAs test their
CA hierarchy with the new certificate verification library
(mozilla::pkix) that is on by default in Firefox 31.
It appears that there is a problem with installing the debug build on
some Windows systems, so I updated the wiki page to not specify using
the debug build. Using the non-debug build appears to solve the issue.
