We have it on our to-do list: Create a way to download a CSV version of
the new auto-generated Included CAs report.
We were planning to tackle that in September. Do you need it earlier?
Also, I should mention that there is a new column in the report:
Geographic Focus.
I've been filling that data in as I update CA records in Salesforce
(when I remember). CAs, please send me email if there is particular data
in this report that should be updated.
