Thanks to all of you who reviewed and commented on this request from WISeKey to 
include the "OISTE WISeKey Global Root GB CA" root certificate, turn all all 
three trust bits, and enable EV treatment.

WISeKey intends to incorporate the feedback from this discussion into the next 
version of their CPS, and those updates are such that we may proceed with 
approval and inclusion of this root certificate. Also, I had indeed confirmed 
the authenticity of the audit statements by contacting the auditor directly.

I am not aware of any issues that would prevent us from moving forward with 
this request. Therefore, I will recommend approval in the bug.
