The article gives no sources for that claim, and doesn't say anything about
Microsoft, Google, or Apple's stances on the WorldPay issue specifically
beyond a subheader. I don't think there's anything to learn from that
article about other browsers' positions on the qualified audit Symantec
will receive from issuing these SHA-1 certificates.
