Yes originally I was using a packaged version for Fedora Linux. I was hitting a 
bug [1], so I decided to try nightly. I have been using nightly for months now 
and I only recently hit the issue where this root CA isn't getting picked up 
(at least as far as I can tell) so I thought it was a recent change.
