All,
Apparently ETSI has not yet officially retired ETSI TS 102 042, although
they published ETSI EN 319 411-1 which "is derived from the requirements
specified in ETSI TS 102 042".
Can ETSI TS 102 042 still be used until ETSI officially retires it?
