We don't plan to make a video or release a transcript, but Mozilla will also not be finalising any plans for action at the meeting either. From our perspective, the aim is to discuss whatever plans Qihoo/StartCom/WoSign have to improve the situation and help them understand what is most likely to be acceptable to us and to the community. Then they will go away and, hopefully fairly soon afterwards, make a public proposal for what they are going to do. That will be discussed here, and after the discussion, the Mozilla module owner (who takes the final decision) will decide whether we will continue to execute our proposed plan exactly as it stands, or modify it in the light of any new information or undertakings provided.
