I apologise for overloading the word "proposing". :-) My message outlines what I plan to do, and therefore what will be presented by Kathleen. She will still have the option to order me to go back to the other option, or write a third option, or do nothing, or something else :-) So the alternative option will not be in the paper I present to her. That's what I'm saying.
