All, We have updated CCADB production to have a new Case type called “CA Information Update Request (Non-Audit) <https://docs.google.com/document/d/14znpyOxbMN-itMhTCV5PxbzqmyNlmpqVZvvXjT8exk8/edit?usp=sharing>". However, while testing the new Case type in production we found that there is a problem with adding and deleting policy documents. The rest of the CCADB should be working fine now.
We have updated the notice on the CCADB home page to the following, and will work on resolving the bug next week. ** UNDER CONSTRUCTION ** CCADB is being updated to add a new Case type called “CA Information Update Request (Non-Audit)”, so please do not use this new Case type until we remove this notice.
