Following a private discussion with Eddy, and my post "Applicability of
SSL / use-cases", I should state that:
I consider only the use-case of webshops and normal business for EV.
That's why I emphasize "can sue" so much. I do not consider private
communication (email, chat, forum), because I don't think the notion of
real world identity is even significant (see the other post for reasons).
