No, I don't think anybody has spent time thinking specifically about GSoC yet. I would like to do so, however. I anticipate putting ideas at https://github.com/servo/servo/wiki/Student-project-brainstorm before eventually transferring one or two promising ones to the official Mozilla wiki page. If you have any ideas or are particularly interested in something listed there, please speak up!
