Since I just filed several issues related to nontrivial PRs that merged
to web standard specifications, I decided to add a label [1] to allow us
to track if we're falling behind. Going forward, please add the new
`I-spec-update` label to any such issue, along with a link to the
relevant changes that will require Servo's implementation to be modified.
