Updated GCC patch queue:
The gcc patch queue has been updated for yesterday's GCC trunk. There
was only one reject in gty.diff which is only needed for treehydra. As
we start targeting gcc 4.3 and trunk separately minor rejects like this
will become a headache.
I think mq's guard feature might help here.
API Changes:
* process_class has been replaced with process_type which also
handles unions and enums. Additionally, process_type should now be
trigger in a more deterministic manner.
* include(file) function added so one can have more libraries than
system.js
