Why not use the standard https://wiki.mozilla.org meeting notes format so that people can add something to the agenda in advance ? And maybe then check that the agenda is not empty in order to make sure the meeting is required.
It's very surprising there wasn't more to say in this meeting as there was quite a bit of DXR discussion on mozilla.dev.planning in the last week and I feel it resulted in several points that could/should have made to the planning of this meeting.
