Look at the source for modutil. I have found over the past few months
that a lot of what you may attempt to do with NSS can be performed
through the various command line utilities that come with NSS. Inspect
that code to lead you in the right direction. I think Nelson and others
have said that the command line utilities are supposed to be the test
programs for the NSS libraries.
