NSS builds with MSVC 5, 6, 7, 8, and "Express 2005" (which is a subset of MSVC 8). If you use MSVC8 or Express 2005, I strongly recommend that you get and use Service Pack 1 for it. (Other service packs are recommended for the older versions, too.
