Yes, the command is pk12util.  When you run it, you must be CERTAIN that
the db files in your mozilla profile are not in use by any mozilla product.
In other words, stop your mozilla browsers, email clients, and
what-have-you, then run pk12util, then restart any mozilla clients you wish.
