Per my comments above, I learned enough XSLT to be able to display the 
bug numbers in the pending and included lists. I also allowed for the 
possibility of EV-related bugs, but haven't populated that field yet; 
I'll do so later. The scheme I'll be using is as follows:

* Authorisation: Bugs relating to CA requests, whether for inclusion of 
a root, upgrade of a root to EV, or both.

* Inclusion: Bugs to modify NSS to add a new root.

* EV: Bugs to modify PSM to EV-enable a root.
