It's very hard to tell which version of SpierMonkey supports which
feature, because we never really change that number. The last
JSVERSION is 1.8 and the last jsapi version is 1.8.something. We
should either start describing stuff on MDN in terms of the Firefox
version or start increasing the JS version every release.
What do you need this information for?

To a large extent, "Firefox x for developers" and compatibility tables already document which version of Firefox implements which JS feature. As a complement, it could be possible to maintain a list to say which Firefox version relate to which Spidermonkey hg hash build if SpiderMonkey doesn't have its own versionning.
