Fixing the leak (the khueyfix to make zombie compartments much harder to
create) depends on compartments. That's actually kind of a huge thing too,
that mustn't be forgotten when considering this.

I don't see anyone proposing to remove compartments, or anything like that.
I'm just hoping to have an API which isn't super error prone.
