Dear Norris,

I used to be with 'ant' for a very long time, as it is beneficial for
fine-grained control. However, as projects need mostly the same features, maven
has been built.

Quick link to its benefits can be found in
http://maven.apache.org/benefits-of-using-maven.html.

But, as Rhino does not need dependencies, I guess the most important benefit is
"automatic reports generation" with very few XML lines, please see:
http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/project-reports.html
http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/project-info.html

Also, it is strongly recommended to have 'continuous integration', so that each
time a commit is made, the build will not succeed unless all tests pass. This
will ensure that every change is safe, and make sure any fixed bug will not
re-emerge for the lifetime of the project :)

Please don't hesitate, if you need any help.

Yours,
Ahmed

The .js tests are in mozilla/js/tests, a sibling to the Rhino
directory since these tests are shared with SpiderMonkey.

I've heard good things about Maven, but haven't used it yet. Would you
recommend it? What advantages would it offer over the current
approach?
