no, I have tested it at SM 1.1.2., 1.1.3 - branch
and SM 1.5 an 2.0 - trunk

By me the same problem.

The correct position is bellow these green-bar, independent from 
resolution, I would say.

Independ from the resolution, making the window !smaller!, it will be 
redrawn and the position appears correct at the bottom.

I have compared this problem with behavior in Opera and Safari at XP the 
possition of this RSS-thing is allway at the bottom of the page. 
Resizing the window makes Gecko redraw the window again, these times 
with correct positioning of the part we are talking about.
