Hi, In the process of turning Firefox into an e-Book reader, I'm looking for a way to use the print layout -- but for browsing rather than printing. That is, a layout that adds margins at the top and bottom of the display and doesn't cut lines vertically (by opposition to, say, http://openberg.sourceforge.net/documents/crop.png ).
So far, I've been toying with Print Preview, getting it to display inside a <browser>, removing a few of its limitations, etc. However, I've heard that this won't work on MacOS X, as the MacOS X version calls the system's Preview.app instead of doing this internally. This brings me to square one, unfortunately.
