Iam generating PDF using Firefox3.But when I try to extract image from this PDF using PDFBox or other similar packages, It fails.
On further analysis I found that pdfimage tool of linux extracts these images as ppm. My Questions are: 1. Why are images of "Firefox generated PDF" not extractable? 2. Is there any setting which can make this happen? This makes the PDF generated from firefox unusable in my scenario.
