While tinkering with http://fm.no-ip.com/Auth/Tmp/cbchc-about-n.html which variously uses display:table & display:table-cell I can see in yesterday's 1.9.2.14pre on Windows with text only zoom turned on that em/ex container widths are unaffected by changing zoom level, which Webkit, 1.9.2.12 & 2.0b7 do not do.
