*I* have a particular problem where Firefox (on both Mac and PC) prints the
same set of HTML/CSS differently than it renders it on screen (including when
debugger is active).
*We all* have an overarching problem in that there seems to be no way to debug
print rendering problems like this!
This URL renders cleanly via FF on Mac and Windows, but it renders differently
(and not in a good way) when printed (even just to PDFs) on all platforms:

Question One: Anyone know what the problem with this specific page?
Question Two: How are we supposed to be able to fix/avoid rendering problems
like this? i.e. how can we debug what FF renders to printer/postscript? Inspect
Element does no good if printouts do something differently than the debugger
displays.
