Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=861931 , the "Style System (CSS)" bugzilla component in Core has now been renamed to "CSS Parsing and Computation". This means people looking for "CSS" are more likely to find it, but those looking for the effects of CSS properties might be encouraged to look elsewhere.
