I built a user stylesheet for my Geckos for Craigslist. It works as expected only if JS is enabled. I tried to build a testcase to reproduce, thinking I found a Gecko (rem) bug, but the testcase attempts have all failed so far. I spun my wheels quite a while before spotting that the failure only occurs with JS off.
