Sorry, you're in the wrong neighborhood -- this isn't anything close to a ruby / sass support list. This is a discussion list about the internals of Firefox's layout engine.
I'm not sure where you should ask questions about ruby installation issues, but it's not here. :) I suspect a search engine will help, though.
