Hello,

I’m writing you on behalf of Spinom Corp., IT company from Republic of Georgia. Currently we are developing the shopping application for web and Windows. We have a question related to Windows application and want make it clear.

Before asking the question I will briefly explain what the windows application itself is. Basically it is a shopping browser (based on Gecko layout engine), where there is a so called “Home” page with popular online shops listed on it. In Rep. of Georgia, American online shops are the main destination of online shoppers and drop shipping is the way, they get their products. Nearly all our potential customers are Georgians, so it’s easier for them to use our application when shopping online, because. For e.g. our application fills registration forms on online shops as agreed with our clients (when s/he registers in our application). So, we are doing so called “Auto complete” in registration/authorization forms automatically for our clients.

Process to shop on our application is following: Client is logging in application, where s/he sees a homepage with logos of different online shops. S/he press one of the logos (for e.g. “Amazon”) and application automatically logs her in (or registers her if she isn’t already registered). After that s/he shops online as it is in any other main browsers (without our involvement). I mean when s/he chooses some product after login s/he input card information him/herself and make an order.

We want to make sure that it is not problem that our clients input card information in our browser. Can you please tell me I need some licence to allow my clients input there card information. (We do not save card information nowhere)

There are also some other features in our application but they are not related to online shops, so I didn’t wasted your time to explain them also.

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,
