Stupid question: do you mean NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND, or is this perhaps an 
unfortunate shortening of NS_ERROR_FILE_TARGET_DOES_NOT_EXIST?  Only the former 
will cause an error page to be displayed.
