Right now nsLocation::GetHost/Hostname/Port does a loop while the URI is a jar:
URI so it can get the actual host/port.
Should it be doing this for all non-innermost URIs in general?
If not, should we perhaps change nsJARURI to report the outer URI's host/port?
this _would_ make it a little weird in terms of the string breakdown described
by nsIURI, but...
