Let's also make sure the Wiki page keeps track not just of metrics we
want to add, but also things we've added. The about:telemetry page is
a jumble, and the descriptions aren't always so great, so having a
centralized place where we keep track of them in an organized way (and
when needed, with descriptions) would be good.

I don't have the time to really work on a full sort of the list - but
some common sense can apply to an initial rough sort. I'm happy to
mentor anyone (or join anyone else doing so) that takes this on to help
with what stuff means, connect them to the existing expert, and discuss
how it might be approached.
